With sensors you can minimise the usage of all room devices such as lighting, HVAC, music, and also motorised shades to control sunlight emited in room areas.

During mornings and afternoons, shutters and drapes automatically open and lights are turned off if not needed. At times when the sun pours into the room, the drapes will close to decrease solar effects saving energy at the same time.

Sensors can also turn off lights in unoccupied areas, dim lights in corridors and hallways, and separate circuits creating energy saving moods.
